Terms of Service

The contract for Sitepace’s online project-planning subscriptions, outputs, acceptable use and professional boundaries.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Service and eligibility

Sitepace provides online-only digital software subscriptions. No physical goods are sold or shipped. It is project-management software for self-build, extension and major renovation homeowners. You must be able to form a contract. Children under 13 may not use the service; users aged 13–17 require a parent or legal guardian’s consent and supervision.

Accounts and responsibility

Provide accurate account and billing details, protect credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for your input, the people you invite, and checking that you have authority to process project and contact information.

Subscriptions, USD billing and renewal

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly in USD until cancelled. Current prices are $19 monthly or $182 yearly for Builder and $99 monthly or $950 yearly for Site Studio. Plan limits are service allowances, not credits, money or stored value; they reset and do not roll over. Taxes may be added where required. Payment processors handle complete card details.

Outputs and professional boundary

Planning-only, not engineering advice. Sitepace does not provide structural, electrical, building-regulation or safety advice and does not replace qualified professionals.

Outputs do not replace a licensed architect, structural engineer, qualified electrical professional, building control or approval body, contractor, inspector or other responsible professional. We do not inspect a site, calculate loads, issue designs, certify compliance or guarantee dates. The user must verify construction, structural, safety, regulatory and scheduling decisions.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not present outputs as approved construction drawings, professional calculations, certificates or evidence of regulatory compliance, and do not use them to bypass required permissions, inspections or qualified judgement.

Content and licence

You retain rights in your input and generated content subject to third-party rights. You grant the limited processing licence in the Content License. We retain rights in Sitepace software, interface, templates and service content. Outputs can be edited and shared for your own project but must preserve the planning-only boundary when relied on by others.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but generation or provider availability may vary. We may maintain, secure or update the service and may suspend abusive or unlawful activity. Material plan or price changes will be notified as required and apply no earlier than the next renewal unless law requires otherwise.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Sitepace is responsible for foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach, not project construction cost, delay, professional decisions, indirect loss or reliance on unverified output. If supplied digitally to a consumer, statutory remedies remain available where content is not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel renewal through the available subscription management route or support. Access continues through the paid period. We may terminate for material breach after appropriate notice where practicable. Export project records before closure. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers may retain mandatory rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction. Contact support first so we can try to resolve the matter. Nothing limits statutory dispute or complaint routes.
