AI Disclaimer

Every Sitepace plan, diagram and recap is an editable project-management reference that requires qualified professional review.

What the AI tools do

Sitepace converts project descriptions into editable phase timelines, task and milestone registers, snagging lists, material arrival trackers, weekly progress and communication logs, indicative diagrams and short stage recap videos. These are project-organisation aids.

Not professional advice

Planning-only, not engineering advice. Sitepace does not provide structural, electrical, building-regulation or safety advice and does not replace qualified professionals.

Sitepace does not replace a licensed architect, structural engineer, qualified electrical professional, building control or approval body, contractor, inspector or another responsible professional. Any construction, structural, electrical, regulatory or safety decision must be made or verified by the appropriately qualified person.

No inspection, calculation or approval

The service does not visit or inspect a site, assess ground conditions, calculate structural loads, design foundations or services, verify dimensions, issue construction information, approve materials, certify work or produce compliance documentation. Diagrams are illustrative and indicative, not technical drawings.

Timelines are indicative

Generated timing depends on user input and general sequencing patterns. Weather, labour, supply, access, approvals, design decisions, inspections and hidden conditions can change actual timing. Sitepace does not guarantee a completion date, cost, contractor performance or project outcome.

Required human review

Check every output for missing context, unsafe assumptions, inaccurate dates and inappropriate dependencies. Confirm the current design, permissions, inspection points, safety obligations and programme with responsible professionals. Stop and seek qualified advice where an output conflicts with professional instruction, law or observed conditions.

Input and output handling

Provide only project information you are authorised to use. Inputs, optional files and generated outputs are processed and retained as described in the Privacy Policy and Content License. Generated content is not treated as confidential professional advice. Delete project content you no longer need.
